SERVICE PLAN

 

Included with all qualifying bicycle purchases is our LIFETIME Service Plan (non transferable, see sales associate for qualifying models).  This exclusive offer allows you to take advantage of our Baisc Tune Up package anytime an adjustment is needed, free of charge, for as long as you own your bicycle.  This includes adjustments of the braking and shifting systems as well as lubricating of your chain and a 15 point check over of your bicycle.  You are also welcome to use the service credit towards any upgraded service package in the future.  Bicycles must have a legible serial number and a valid ID is required to redeem this service.

RETURN POLICY

• Your receipt and ID are required for all returns.
• Please include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories with the product to avoid additional fees.


Your original receipt is required for all returns and exchanges.
All returns and exchanges must be in original condition and include all accessories. Altered or installed accessories and special order items are not eligible for return or exchange.

30-day return period
We accept returns or exchanges up to 30 days from the original purchase. Please review
the exceptions below

Restocking fee
All new bikes may be returned unused up to 30 days from date of sale minus a 10% Restocking fee. (the 10% restocking fee is waived up to 30 days for exchanges on a different model, size, color, etc.)

Non-returnable items
Non-returnable items include labor; consumable items such as food or drink; or items which are damaged or abused. Open movies can be exchanged for the identical item, but cannot be returned for a refund. For safety and/or health reasons, any used apparel cannot be returned (helmets, shoes, shorts, etc.)

Refund method
Refunds for cash transactions will be made in the form of a company check. Refunds for credit card purchases will be in the same form as the original purchase.

The Trek Bicycle Store / Schererville reserves the right to deny any return.

SPECIAL ORDERS

Special orders must be paid for in full prior to ordering. All orders will be contacted via phone when the product becomes in stock at our store and ready to be picked up. Average turn around time for special ordered items is 7 days.

STORAGE FEE

In an effort to help keep our Service Center's prices low, all bicycles in for service which have not been picked up within 30 days of the repairs completion will be subject to a $2/day storage fee.
