About Us - Staff

Each memeber of the Trek Bicycle Store - Schererville staff has gone through hundreds of hours of training to ensure they are helping our customers choose the best bicycle and bicycle products for their needs.  The staff here works hard to create a culture that welcomes riders of all abilities into the store.  The knowledge of the store goes beyond the ultra-high end rider and caters to children, cruisers and first-time riders also.

While we put a lot of time into learning, modifying and reforming the products we sell and the way we assist our customers, we are always looking for ways to improve the store, the processes and the products. So, if you have had an experience (good or bad) that you would like to share; please do so here.  We know we can't get better unless we know what we do poorly, so remember that criticism is welcomed.
